Golf balls are in excellent condition- only one flaw: I ordered 48 balls and did not apply a coupon code. I called to cancel the order, rep I spoke with said I was all set and ordered was cancelled. The ordered did not get cancelled and I was charged and shipped the 48 balls I was told was cancelled. Was contacted by a supervisor, and was refunded the amount the coupon code would have subtracted from total price.

This was my 5th order with lost golf balls.com. Previous orders were single dozens with no issues. This was first bucket order and probably won’t get these again. Ordered Near Mint (4a) as I have in the past. Many more markings and fading on the balls and actually had 2 with cuts (splits) on them.
