I ordered 4 different brands/models and this was the only one with issues. Product description was lacking, ended up with one ball stamped 2018 (5yrs old!) and a few others that looked just as old, certainly not mint. Customer service quickly refunded 50% which I appreciate. Oddly there are other reviewers that had similar experiences with this model only, perhaps a quality control issue that can easily be fixed. Choose a different sku for now.

I thought that the quality was a bit below what "mint" would be for the golf balls that I ordered. I have ordered previous "mint" golf balls from the site but a different more popular brand and those golf balls were better quality. I would say that the better chance of getting a true "mint" type of ball goes with the type of brand most played by golfers.

I'm a little conflicted in that the company was super fast in resolving the issue. I ordered 4 dozen mint TP5s. Price was great however 4 had cuts, 4 were scuffed and 1 was not a TP5 (that was kind of the oddest one). They've sent me 10 new balls which I have not yet seen. My only concern would be definition of mint vs some of their competitors. So, good service and responsive, but quality control could have been better.
